Met SpinOffice CRM creëer je een centrale plek voor je mail, zakelijke contacten, afspraken, taken, projecten, dossiers, documenten, bestanden en notities. Daar kan telefonie zeker niet bij ontbreken en daarom kun je met integratietool Bubble nagenoeg elk telefonieplatform koppelen aan SpinOffice.

Met Bubble hoef je tijdens een telefoongesprek niet meer handmatig op zoek te gaan naar klantgegevens maar verschijnen die direct in een pop-up op je beeldscherm. Van daaruit kan je diverse acties uitvoeren zoals het openen van de relatiekaart en het invullen van een gespreksnotitie. En ook uitgaand bellen is nog nooit zo makkelijk geweest door de “click-to-dial” functie.
