By linking SpinOffice CRM to Xelion, you can call and be called with VolP and thus use Xelion directly from SpinOffice. Incoming calls are signaled within your SpinOffice CRM environment. Incoming and outgoing calls are recognized and linked based on the telephone number. Telephone numbers are recognized and SpinOffice automatically creates a conversation note. There is automatic logging and time registration of all conversations and if desired, sound recordings are automatically saved with the relationship in SpinOffice CRM.
