You also determine who is allowed to access the data and what they can and cannot do — those are the means.
We, Mulberry Garden B.V., act as the data processor of the information flows, namely the personal data that our customers store in their databases and that we manage.
To ensure proper handling of this data, agreements must be made and documented in accordance with the GDPR. This is done through a Processor Agreement. The agreement outlines the mutual responsibilities and terms related to the processing of personal data.
