2024 was a special year for SpinOffice CRM. Together with our programmers and users, we have taken impressive steps to make our software even better and further optimize the user experience. It is also a year in which we have reached an important milestone: our 25th anniversary. In this article, we look back at the highlights and share some prospects for the coming year.

This year we celebrated a quarter of a century of expertise and innovation. SpinOffice CRM started as a simple solution for small and medium-sized businesses, but over the past 25 years has grown into a versatile CRM platform that supports businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. We would like to thank all our users who made this trip possible. Your trust and feedback have helped us grow and continuously improve our product.

2. New features

In 2024, we have added several new features that will make your workflow more efficient and further expand the capabilities of SpinOffice:

Single-tab archive:only one tab that is used as a relationship archive.

E-mail rules: automation of email management for more efficiency.

Renewed export of relationships:export profiles and export of labels.

AI email summary:summary of emails so you can make decisions faster.

Label statuses:: meer flexibiliteit in het beheren en filteren van relaties.

DKIM email authentication: improved email security and reliability.

Link with Bubble:link your business telephony to SpinOffice via Bubble.

Improved mobile app:a more user-friendly interface, adding photos to relationships.

3. Improved user experience

User feedback plays a crucial role in the development of SpinOffice. Based on your suggestions, we further optimized the interface in 2024. With a more intuitive design and improved navigation, you can work faster and focus better on what really matters.

4. Growth within the Netherlands and Belgium

We are proud of the growth we have experienced within the Netherlands and Belgium over the past year. An increasing number of companies in these regions are choosing SpinOffice CRM to streamline their day-to-day processes and manage customer relationships. We value the trust our customers place in us and continue to work to meet their needs.

What's on the schedule?

2025 starts immediately with an exciting new update. In January, we will introduce a completely renewed integration with WhatsApp Business. This integration is no longer via MessageBird, but directly via Meta. This ensures faster communication with your customers. We look forward to sharing more details and showing you how this integration can transform your communication.

Later in 2025 we will come with new updates.

Price indexation as of January 1, 2025

Over the past year, we have again had to deal with rising costs from our suppliers and the persistent pressure of inflation. As a result, we are forced to adjust our prices. This adjustment is the result of rate increases by our suppliers, such as the cost of our hosting environment AWS (Amazon Web Services), which directly affect our cost price and the inflation figures as published by CBS.

Fortunately, we have grown healthily this year, so we can take care of a large part of the price increase. Yet we cannot escape calculating part of the costs.

The price increase is 6% and results in the following:

  • The price per SpinOffice license for the first year will increase by €2.00 per month.
  • The price per SpinOffice license for renewal goes up by €2.15 per month.

We hope for your understanding for this necessary adjustment, which ensures that we can continue to guarantee our high standard and continue to invest in the development of our product.
