We take adequate organizational and technological measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We absolutely do not share information with third parties.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the application servers needed to run SpinOffice CRM. The two AWS data centers we use are located within the EU.nze Our application servers are monitored 24 hours a day. The software and infrastructure regularly receive a new security update. Our network is protected by a top-level business firewall, and all databases use SSL encryption to keep your data safe.
In addition, all databases are encrypted with a unique company key and all files stored in SpinOffice are encrypted.

We use Mollie for our payments. We accept payments with iDEAL, Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, SOFORT, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, KBC/CBC, Belfius Pay and ING Home'Pay. In the Mac App, payment is possible through your Apple account.
You are not bound by contracts or obligations. SpinOffice CRM is a pay-as-you-go service (annually), so you can make changes to your subscription whenever you want.
For Enterprise, it is possible to pay per month. There is then a notice period of 3 months.
Customers on our paid editions automatically have access to our standard support, which includes email assistance from our helpdesk. At the start, you can also choose two weeks of unlimited implementation support. Then you benefit from faster responses, 24-hour support, onboarding and training. Our consultants will discuss this with you.
Yes, for sure! We offer a one-time onboarding of 20 minutes so that we can effectively respond to your needs and the different requirements within the software. Think of importing your business relationships, configuring email accounts, and adding a business email template. During onboarding, we discuss hands-on important components such as the creation of tags, tag groups, info fields, and contact types
Yes, each user needs a Pro or Enterprise license to work. You can set roles and permissions per user.
