
At the start of a new project, various relations are usually involved. Therefore, it is useful if the communication of all parties involved can be bundled. This is possible in SpinOffice!
A new file can be created and linked to contacts in your database. All communications (emails, tasks, notes, phone notes, attachments, documents) from all linked contacts regarding this project can be bundled in this project folder. Once the project is completed, you can mark the file as 'finished'. Of course, everything in the file remains saved and accessible in the archive and the file list.
All types of files can be added to a file and sub-file: e-mails, memos, SMS messages, tasks, appointments, notes, etc. Any contact in the database or a colleague can be linked to a file.

You can mark a file private so that only users with the right rights can see the contents. It is even possible to send emails from a file. The message is automatically saved in the file.
Use 'file types' to structure your file management. You can differentiate by file type, for example 'Sales', 'Quote', 'Invoices', 'Policy number', 'Implementation', 'Service', 'Complaint' and 'Contract'.
All files are displayed in the file list. The list gives a clear overview of all files in the database, both open and completed folders. Filter desired files by file types.
