Document management
Save, edit & send documents from SpinOffice
All documents can be created, uploaded and saved in SpinOffice CRM and can be linked to one or more relations and/or files. It is even possible to open a document in SpinOffice, edit it in MS Office (Word/Excel), save and close it, and SpinOffice uploads the latest version back to the application. Every document is saved in the archive of the relation and can therefore be easily found. Please note that documents are not stored on your local drives, but encrypted on our hosted servers.

Mail merge function
Personalized document templates can be created and automatically filled with contact details from SpinOffice using bookmarks. Create your own invoice, address label or quote template. This saves you time and minimizes the risk of errors. In the Limited version you have a number of standard templates at your disposal. The possibility to use an unlimited number of templates and merge fields is available when upgrading to our Pro version.
Document version control
This is a Pro feature. If you want to see all the changes you and other users have made to a document, spreadsheet, presentation, or drawing, you can view the version history. You can view and restore previous versions of your file and see which person made specific edits.
Restoring your document to a previous version will not delete any versions of your file, but will place that previous version at the top of your version history
SpinOffice keeps snapshots of all changes made to files in your database in the last 5 days. We then move your document to a backup server for the next 100 days. Restoring a file from there is possible but takes up to five hours.
