Want het is zover, vanaf vandaag is het mogelijk om jouw Microsoft Office 365-contacten te synchroniseren met SpinOffice CRM. Waar we in maart dit jaar de synchronisatie van <a href=\"\/nl\/blog\/nu-beschikbaar-in-spinoffice-crm-agenda-synchronisatie-met-microsoft-office-365\/\" alt=\"Office 365-agenda sync\">Office 365-agenda<\/a> lanceerde, maakt de synchronisatie van contacten de volledige integratie met Office 365 compleet. Dus maak jij gebruik van Office 365? Zorg dan dat je mail, agenda \u00c3\u00a9n contacten volledig met SpinOffice synchroniseren.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 25px;\">Zodra je de Contacten-synchronisatie met Microsoft Office 365 hebt geactiveerd zijn alle relaties op beide platformen volledig in sync. Wijzigingen in NAW-gegevens die je aanbrengt of nieuwe relaties die je toevoegt, het synchroniseert direct! En je bepaalt zelf in SpinOffice welke relatietypes je wilt synchroniseren.<\/p>\n<p>Hoe te activeren? Heel simpel! Verbind eenmalig jouw Microsoft Office 365 met SpinOffice en alle contacten uit Microsoft Office 365 worden in SpinOffice ge\u00c3\u00afmporteerd en vice versa. Daarna is het een volledige een tweerichtingssynchronisatie. <\/p>\n<p>Hieronder vind je de stappen die je moet doorlopen voor het instellen van de synchronisatie tussen jouw Microsoft Office 365 Contacten en SpinOffice.<\/p>\n<h4>Microsoft Office 365 contacten sync activeren in SpinOffice<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"normal\" style=\"margin-bottom:5px;\">\n<li>Er zijn drie manieren om de synchronisatie te activeren. 1) Ga op het Home-scherm naar de linker &#8220;Recente relatie&#8221;-widget, klik op het &#8216;hamburger&#8217;-pictogram en kies <i>Office 365 contacten synchroniseren<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>Of 2) Ga naar je Relatielijst in SpinOffice, klik op het \u00e2\u20ac\u02dctandwiel\u00e2\u20ac\u2122-pictogram rechtsboven en kies daar <i>Office 365 contacten synchroniseren<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>Of 3) Ga naar menu-optie <i>Beheer -> Gebruikersinstellingen<\/i> en dan <em>Synchronisatie<\/em> en kies daar <i>Office 365 contacten<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>In alle gevallen kom je naar de instellingen van de sync. Let op: zorg ervoor dat je verbinding maakt met het juiste Office 365-account.<\/li>\n<li>Als de verbinding is gelukt, ga dan terug naar SpinOffice.<\/li>\n<li>Alle bestaande contacten uit Microsoft Office 365 worden ge\u00c3\u00afmporteerd in SpinOffice en vice versa.<\/li>\n<li>Vanaf dat moment is de synchronisatie actief en synchroniseren de relaties beide kanten op.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zodra de synchronisatie is geactiveerd, houdt de synchronisatie tussen Microsoft Office 365 en SpinOffice alle relatiegegevens automatisch up-to-date.
