Data Processing Agreement

As a user of SpinOffice CRM, you are the ‘data controller’ for all personal data in your CRM database. You decide what happens to the data and why you collect it. That’s the goal. You decide who is allowed to work with it and what they are and are not allowed to do. These are the means.

We, Mulberry Garden B.V., are the ‘processor’ of data flows, namely the personal data that our customers have in their database and that we manage.

To ensure this, agreements must be made and recorded regarding processing in accordance with the GDPR legislation. This is done in a Data Processing Agreement. A processing agreement therefore sets out the agreements that have been made about the processing of personal data.
