This year, we celebrated a quarter century of expertise and innovation. SpinOffice CRM began as a simple solution for small and medium-sized businesses but has grown over the past 25 years into a versatile CRM platform supporting companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond. We want to thank all our users who have made this journey possible. Your trust and feedback have helped us grow and continuously improve our product.
In 2024, we added several new features to enhance workflow efficiency and expand the capabilities of SpinOffice:
- Single-tab archive: a single tab used as a relationship archive.
- E-mail rules: automation for managing emails more efficiently.
- Improved export of contacts: export profiles and label exports.
- AI e-mail summary: summaries of emails to help you make quicker decisions.
- Tag statuses: greater flexibility in managing and filtering contacts.
- DKIM email authentication: improved email security and reliability.
- Integration with Bubble: Connect your business telephony to SpinOffice via Bubble.
- Enhanced mobile app: a more user-friendly interface and the ability to add photos to contacts.
User feedback plays a crucial role in the development of SpinOffice. Based on your suggestions, we further optimized the interface in 2024. With a more intuitive design and improved navigation, you can work faster and focus better on what truly matters.
We are proud of the growth we achieved in the Netherlands and Belgium this past year. An increasing number of companies in these regions are choosing SpinOffice CRM to streamline their daily processes and manage customer relationships. What’s ahead?
The new year kicks off with an exciting update. In January, we will introduce a completely revamped integration with WhatsApp Business. This integration will no longer go through MessageBird but will connect directly via Meta, enabling faster communication with your customers. We look forward to sharing more details and demonstrating how this integration can transform your communication.
Later in 2025, we will introduce new updates to further enhance your experience.
Price adjustment as of January 1, 2025
Over the past year, we have faced rising costs from our suppliers and ongoing inflationary pressures. As a result, we are compelled to adjust our prices. This adjustment is due to increases in supplier tariffs, such as hosting costs from AWS (Amazon Web Services), which directly affect our cost structure, as well as inflation figures published by the CBS.
Fortunately, our healthy growth this year allows us to absorb a significant portion of the price increase. However, we cannot avoid passing on part of the costs.
The price increase is 6%, resulting in the following changes:
- The price per SpinOffice license for the first year will increase by €2.00 per month.
- The price per SpinOffice license for renewals will increase by €2.15 per month.
We hope for your understanding regarding this necessary adjustment, which ensures we can maintain our high standards and continue investing in the development of our product.
