Autolink is a feature in SpinOffice CRM that automatically links digital project folders and / or tasks in SpinOffice. When sending a message from SpinOffice this link is added in order to archive it automatically when recipient replies on email.

This autolink makes it possible to have automatic time tracking based on incoming messages within specific folders. Thus without any additional user operations time is tracked. The combination of autolink and automatic time tracking allows you to build up a complete folder and minimal action of the users.

Autolink works exclusively in SpinOffice and CRM is not applicable in other software. Autolink is available within SpinOffice Pro and no additional fee is charged.
