The option to scan and upload to SpinOffice adds extra power to the document management capabilities of the CRM. Connect your local scanner to SpinOffice only once and on click on the scanner icon in the application to instantly scan and upload your documents to the archive of the contact, ready to drag to a folder or to sent it as attachment to an email.

SpinOffice is one of the few CRM providers that offers this option. This is one of the advantages for software needs to be physically downloaded as application, scanning is impossible within an application that is opened within a web browser.
